Thanks to the massive insulation of refractory material and scamotek, our ovens can keep longer the heat. Once it reaches the desired temperature, it is possible to use the pizza oven also leaving the mouth of the cooking chamber open without incurring in significant loss of heat.

Set up on a structure with a trolley with wheels, it can be moved easily.

It is possible to reach the temperature of 400°C in 15/20 minutes with quick cooking time: 2 minutes for pizza!
