INGREDIENTS
- 300g of Jerusalem artichoke cut into small pieces
- A chopped onion
- 60cl of extra virgin olive oil
- A teaspoon of chopped chives
- A sachet of saffron
- A pinch of sales
PREPARATION
Put the oil, onion, Jerusalem artichoke in a saucepan with high sides and leave the ingredients to flavor for 2 minutes.
Then add salt and cover with a glass of hot water. Add the saffron and cook for 10 minutes in a saucepan.
